Sacred Tunes
Going into Mass, I find that one of the things that draws me in and really engages me is the music. I have found that I walk away feeling more fulfilled and nourished if the music is contemporary and incorporates a variety of sounds and instruments. Granted music is not my sole single judgment on the Mass, but it is certainly a component that keeps me coming back week to week.

John Michael Talbot, an award-winning sacred music composer, says in an essay on his website, "Sacred music is sacramental and from an arts perspective both reflects and guides the faithful. That music, based on faith, can take the listener on a closer walk with God, actually taking listerners into the heart of the Lord."

Here is my top 10 playlist of sacred tunes. These songs are not only inspirational but can also act as a guide to help deepen your own faith.

Please enjoy these songs from Spotify! If you do not have Spotify yet, I have included the names of the songs that are featured in this playlist.
