We are missionaries! We began 207 years ago, on January 25, 1816 by St. Eugene de Mazenod in southern France. We are nearly 4,000 Oblates, Priests and Brothers! We are on all continents. The Oblates serve the poor in Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia, Latin America, and North America. What do we do? We do everything. We are not specialized, except in facing urgent needs of the church. “We are men set apart for the Gospel, men ready to leave everything to be disciples of Jesus.” (C. 2). Daily generous fidelity, often heroic, that is the way followed by our brothers and priests whose holiness the Church has recognized. Mary Immaculate is our model and mother who always protects us. We see the world through the eyes of our Savior on the Cross. Praised be Jesus Christ & Mary Immaculate! Single men 18-38 y/o, CONTACT US! 1-800-358-4394; 210-477-0940; vocations@omiusa.org
