Would you make a good Paulist?

Do you desire to be a priest who spreads the Gospel message with joy and hope?

Would you like to live with others in a community where you are known and supported?

Do you hope to promote an inclusive and welcoming Catholic Church in America?

If so, meet the Paulist Fathers.

The Missionary Society of Saint Paul the Apostle - the Paulist Fathers - were the first community of Catholic priests founded in the United States, in 1858. Our mission and ministry is to reach out to and bring the Good News to North America; and we do this by living together in community. Our work is done in parishes, on campuses, and through the media. Have you heard of Busted Halo, a media outreach ministry to young adults and spiritual seekers? That's a Paulist ministry. If you could see yourself living this life and doing this work, reach out.

Our Paulist formation includes a year-long novitiate and then graduate theological studies at Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
