We are an active apostolic congregation, following in the footsteps of our founder, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. In striving to live Gospel values, we choose to act justly, to build loving relationships, to share our resources with those in need, and to care for all creation. Sisters of Charity serve in 20 U.S. dioceses (12 states) and two foreign countries. Ministries include education, healthcare, retreat work, parish, social work, ministry of prayer, and congregational service. The Community has an active, innovative Formation program.
